Milestone disc- Acrylic

These beautiful disc will help you to capture each month and each big milestone that your little one achieves. 

Disc are double sided and come in black or white. Disc are acrylic and are 10cm in diameter. Please note when ordering, if you order the wreath down the bottom on the months the other side with my first will be writing only.
